Guillaume Schweicher is a Leverhulme Trust Early Career Fellow at the University of Cambridge. He completed his PhD in 2012 at the Université Libre de Bruxelles under the supervision of Prof. Yves Geerts, where he studied the directional crystal growth of molecular semiconductors. He subsequently worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Prof. Zhenan Bao’s group at Stanford University (2013-2014), focusing on the use of single-crystal field-effect transistors as a tool for the rational design of novel organic semiconductors and on the elaboration of new dielectrics. In November 2014, he joined the Optoelectronics Group at the University of Cambridge (Prof. Henning Sirringhaus) as a postdoctoral research associate, where he tries to elucidate the charge transport mechanisms that prevail in organic semiconductors. In 2016, Guillaume was awarded a Leverhulme Trust Early Career Fellowship.
