Biography:

Sascha studied chemistry at the Universities of Heidelberg and Cambridge. After finishing his Master's thesis in the surface science group of Prof Petra Tegeder he returned to Cambridge for a PhD in physics within the optoelectronics group. He currently works with Dr Felix Deschler and Prof Sir Richard Friend on ultrafast carrier dynamics in perovskites and other novel semiconductors.
